Terms for using eeteel

These Terms are a binding agreement governing your use of eeteel interfaces and related protocol-facing tools. Chain finality and non-custodial execution are core operating conditions.

Scope

Protocol layer (on-chain)

The eeteel protocol executes visible state transitions for unit purchase, stake, and claim participation on Solana.

Execution is non-custodial and signature-driven.
Finalized chain outcomes cannot be reversed by eeteel.
Protocol rules apply equally to all participants using the deployed logic.

Scope

Application layer (off-chain services)

Web services support visibility, usability, and inspection around protocol activity.

Indexing, activity history, interface preferences, and account tooling are service-level features.
Temporary lag can occur between chain state and UI representation.
Service access may be restricted for policy, security, or operational reasons.

Access and compliance

Who may use eeteel

You are responsible for lawful access and compliant operation.

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, and jurisdictional restrictions.
You are responsible for ensuring use of eeteel is lawful where you operate.

Custody and signatures

Wallet responsibility

eeteel is non-custodial. You are responsible for signing decisions and wallet safety.

You retain sole control of private keys and signing authority.
eeteel does not custody wallets, seed phrases, or private keys.
Signed transactions are your responsibility and may be irreversible after confirmation.

Economic risk acknowledgment

Pool routing and economic risk disclosure

Participation outcomes vary by funding and protocol state. You must understand these mechanics before buying, staking, or claiming.

Buying shares is not a bank deposit, securities offering, or guaranteed-yield product.
Distributions depend on funded assets, staked participation, and period state, and may be zero.
During the Pool Routing Phase, new buyer payment flow transparently routes to distribution pools for participant claim paths instead of project sale-vault retention.
Pool Routing Phase activates when total sold reaches 200,000 ETL units (200 x weekly release). This is 20% of total protocol-unit supply.
You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose.

Finality and protocol state

On-chain outcomes and service boundaries

Chain-confirmed protocol outcomes are authoritative, even if off-chain services lag or become unavailable.

On-chain confirmations are final and not subject to unilateral reversal.
Support cannot invalidate or roll back finalized purchases, stakes, or claims.
App-level services do not override authoritative chain state.

ImportantIf a purchase, stake, or claim is finalized on-chain, it is not subject to reversal through support or account actions.

Fees, taxes, and costs

Economic responsibility

You are responsible for transaction economics and related obligations.

Network fees are paid by the signing wallet.
Protocol or service fees, if applicable, are disclosed before submission.
Users are responsible for taxes, reporting, and third-party compliance obligations.

Prohibited use and enforcement

Enforcement rights and account restrictions

Violations are handled under policy controls designed to protect users and service integrity.

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate service access for violations.
We may preserve records and report activity where required by applicable law.
Service-level enforcement does not alter finalized blockchain outcomes.

Service limitations

Operational risk, market conditions, and third-party dependencies remain part of blockchain usage.

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by user error, wallet compromise, chain conditions, asset volatility, or third-party infrastructure failures.
